Trades Van Systems — AI website and van software for UK trades is operated by My Best Solutions Ltd, company no. 14243668, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

The package

AI Website + AI Van Portal: £499 setup, then £96 a month.

Every customer gets their own bold website on their own domain with their own van portal behind it, built from the proven Urmston Gas Services system.

Your domain, content and subscription

Your domain and your content stay yours. The website and portal run while your subscription is paid. If a payment is missed you have 60 days to put it right. After 60 days the website and portal are taken offline, not deleted, and come straight back when you pay. You can ask for an export of your customers, invoices and certificates for 30 days after that.

AI-assisted paperwork

The AI drafts. You are always the one who confirms and sends. Nothing goes to a customer without your say-so. You check every reading and confirm the details before sending a certificate or invoice.

AI receptionist

The AI receptionist is coming next. It is not included in the current package. We will tell every customer when it is ready.
